I just started doing this with your other glutes workout and I've got a couple of questions. Is doing this 3 times per week enough? Should I do more sets for progressive overload and how much? I mean this is really hard and I'm getting confused with all these coaches doing 3 sets at the gym but it's different at home with only your bodyweight so idk if anyone knows plz plz respond 🙏🙏🙏

Day 1 – ✅ i took breaks between some exercises and it burned but it usually wears off within 1 minute

Day2:✅I did This,11line abs and booty:)My hips are 94cm btw
Day3:I walked 18k steps and I didn't sleep so I was too tired during the day to do it:(But this is the rest then
so i will try this workout for a 2 weeks
day 1: really hurt, bul love the burn idk why, i take some more rests between it, but did it to the end❤️

Day 1: i feel the burn but that won't stop me and i see a very tiny diffrence to my butt

i’ve been doing this everyday for a few months now and my hip dips are completely gone even when i was 2 weeks in i saw crazy difference and some how my butt is perkier and lifted i don’t do any other hip dip workouts why would i need too this one is the real deal very effective i love it thank you sm my hip dips were such an insecurity for me i seriously have such a nice figure now ❤❤❤❤
The only bad part about this is that i would have to choose between working out in dead silence vs working out to a depressing "love" song while trying to heal and grow.
How many days a week should I preform these exercises?
Love your videos they're so great! The only thing I would say is I would love if you had some afrobeats on the videos – way more motivational and fun than the music that's on it! I would just turn the sound off and put some afrobeats on but it helps to hear the countdowns for the next exercise!
