One thing I would tell Sam is work on your cardio. You sound out of breath just flexing for the pose. Arnold made it look elegant and effortless.

I was 270 and workout everyday the last two months with light weights alot of reps and I'm still 270 what am I doing wrong?
Lousiana hot sauce is my go to. Delicious and next to no calories. The spicy makes it more filling than it really is and it can liven up any meal from rice and veggies to eggs

My issue about cardio is the bike seat is awful. It digs into my ass lmfao.
I always used to rip on seated bikes… but as a utility equipment the stationary bike is awesome. It's my favorite low impact cardio, but mostly I used it to warm up and cool down on leg days.
Pumped me is how I'm training to look all the time… By the time I get there then my pump will probably scare me lol.

I like to watch youtube on my phone while doing cardio. I'll do 30 minutes upright bike and then 15 minutes on recumbent. I switch to the recumbent because after 30 minutes my ass hurts like hell from the seat. I'm in the middle of a weight loss journey and I'm down 80 something lbs. And I used to think the more cardio the more weight I'd lose. So I went from 30 minutes to 60 to 90 to 120 and even 150. And I realized that I was over doing it because my weight loss was slowing down. So I cut back to 30 to 45 minutes because that's the sweet spot for me. I also used to practically starve myself thinking the bigger the calorie deficit the better. Again I was wrong. I also wasn't getting hardly any protein which was killing my gainz. Now I prioritize my protein intake and eat plenty of calories and I'm building muscle all while burning fat. It's taken me alot of trial and error to really figure things out. It can be extremely frustrating but it's totally worth it. Once I reach my goal I hope to start coaching other people. There's so many people struggling simply because they just don't know what to do.
