Very easy, very effective 5000steps workout. Just I want to say that kindly add some basic body stretches at the end of every workout.

I wonโt say this is a bad workout, but ever consider integrity in step counting? I did not miss a step and even walked fast during the breaks and commercials and only got 3,582 steps. This is grossly overrated on the step count. Do you realize people chose workouts based on length of time and number of steps? Really fabricated number of steps. You can see the clock advance without a step taking place. You may want to reconsider how you advertise your workouts. For me I wonโt do any more of your workouts since I have validated with three different workout by you that the number of steps advertised are misrepresented.
Today update (before launch) : Steps: 3927; Calories 251; Average BPM: 121; Fat Burn: 70% .
I exercised using this workout after one hour from lunch time so my figures may have been affected by this. Steps: 3776; Calories 227; Average BPM: 112; Fat Burn: 93% . I will repeat this workout in the morning before lunch to see how this data will change.
This will be my next gym program but when I have time and being ready for the next step now I do the 9 minutes program ( rookie here)
