1. 4:23 – Have dinner at 6 pm. Eat fruits, dry fruits, salads, sweet corn kernels, and a few soaked dry nuts.
2. 6:04 – Stop eating rice during lunch. Eat 1 pulka or 2 pulkas or 1 big jonna rotte (jowar roti) or 1 big ragi rotte (ragi roti). Use unpolished multigrain flour. Leafy curry, dal, 0.5 kg vegetable bland curry, small cup curd.
3. 7:37 – Don't eat idly, upma, dosa etc. At 8 am, 200 ml of vegetable juice. At 8:30 am, 2 or 3 types of sprouts with carrots, tomatoes, onions, green chilies, lemon juice, and pepper powder. Boppayi (papaya), guava, karbujja (muskmelon), regikaya.
4. 9:23 – Fast every Monday. At 2 pm drink lemon + honey water. Repeat in the evening and night.
5. 10:16 – Exercise for at least 2 hrs a day. Should burn about 700 – 800 calories per day. Asanas, surya namaskar, games, walking, jogging.
