Hi! I haven’t started the workout out but I’m dedicated to do this everyday for around half an hour to an hour. I’m 13 and around 200 pounds. I try to act as if I’m fine around my friends but one the inside I’m extremely insecure about my weight and the way people look upon people such as myself in today’s society. I am 12 and almost 60kg. I am starting to be scared about my body and deciding to start this workout, but the problem is that I start my workout for a couple days and then get lazy again and stop. that is my problem. I hope I don't go like that again. Wish me luck 🙏
