Day 1 ✅ : First day completed! It didn't burn a lot but I was drenched in sweat and was left breathless on the floor by the end of it. Tbh I didn't believe I could complete a 20 min cardio since the longest I've done was 12 mins
Did most of the modifications and at some point I didn't even know what I was doing 👹

Day 2 ✅ : Today was soo hard I was dead by the end of it 🥹 I felt really proud of myself when I finished it though because knowing I will be doing 20 mins of Cardio still scares me 🤣

Day 3 ✅ : Today I was really tired and my shoulders were sore af so I did all the modifications and took quite a few breaks. By the end of it I was exhausted

Day 4 ✅ : Today I was feeling really motivated to workout 🥳 It got easier BUT I need to find alterations for the planks because I either do the modifications which feel like doing nothing or I'm killing my shoulders and arms by doing them so we'll see

Day 5 ✅ : Another day, another killer workout lmao. Today was so tough, not even 10 minutes in and I was sweating. I switched every single plank exercise to crunches, leg raises etc and it burned so much 🥳

It’s been two weeks since I started doing this exercise, I have two days that I wasn’t able to do it because of my laziness and wow, my weight went from 47 kg to 45 kg. I wasn’t tryna loose only weight, I actually want to loose some fat esp on arms and legs, there was no dramatic changes but there was a change! I used to do Pam/ela’s exercise for almost 5 months, and in that 5 months I went from 51 to 47, progress was really slow for me so I changed workouts.

Hello my beautiful gurls, I usually never comment on any video but this community is so supportive and seeing everyone struggling and getting back in shape has motivated me to get out of bed and lose all the extra weight that I have gained during the lockdown. I am doing this because i deserve it as do you girls.
Starting weight- 66 kgs
Day 1 ✅ ( This was HARD!! 😭I am out of breath. Honestly I wasn't able to keep up with all the exercises)
Day 2- ✅ ( Not easy but i was more energetic. Still out of breath and still wasn't able to keep up with many exercises)
Day 3- ✅ ( I felt so unmotivated but i did it and I am so proud)
Day 4- ❌ ( Rest Day) (Sunday) Also my thighs were paining but i could feel them getting stronger
Day 5- ❌
Day 6-❌(I was travelling for 2 days and i couldn't do it. But instead of feeling guilty let's get back on)
Day- 7 ✅ ( This was so hard. I could barely do all the exercises)
Day- 8 🚫 (guys i have a ligament injury and got ankle braces) I won't be able to exercise for 3 weeks( trust me I am so frustrated, right when i started making progress) . However I will be doing her lying abs workout.
I promise I will be back in 3 weeks 😊 ( I am determined to feel good in my skin)
I have been doing 100 crunches daily for 3 days now and my abs are sore. I plan on doing it for 30 days.
I am starting this workout again but with very low impact on my ankles.
Starting weight- 66 Kgs
Day 1- ✅ OMG!!! i cannot believe I did it. Even with low impact workouts i was out of breath. I couldn't do lunges, burpees at all 😭

Day 4- ✅ i could start seeing some results. My face and shoulders looked slimmer.
Day 5- ✅ felt less motivated. started having doubts. What if i don't achieve results. What if all my hardwork is wasted. But i pushed myself through these negative thoughts.
Day 6- ✅ Again had no motivation but did it anyway. M so proud of myself everytime i complete this.
Day 7- ✅ Holy crap I am out of breath. Felt like my heart is gonna pound out of my chest. 😭😭 Did some high impact ones today

Omg guys i am 61.5 kgs now. I lost 4.5 kgs in 16 days. Holy crap. I cannot believe it.
My shoulders feel lighter and my belly feels less bloated. I was on 20-4 intermittent fasting as well.

Hey guys so i did this challenge for a week and saw results about a year ago so i'm doing it again, i even ganed very defined abs (keep in mind i did them 2-3 times everyday with only 2 days off- i was really going hardcore but now i have school to worry about so can only do it about once or twice :/ its okkkaay)
At this point i'm 16 years old and i weigh 57kg, my goal isn''t to lose weight but rather to lose fat so i'm not really concentrated on my weight but reather my body's transformation, keep in mind i also go to the gym and run for about 20 minutes at 10-13km.
Changes in my diet: from 21st feb no more sugar.
