First pregnant workout ever & im on my 3rd pregnancy! This was my first time watching and I went all the way through! It was a little challenging for me but I’m sure I will get used to it! This will be my DAILY workout all 1st trimester thank u !

This was an awesome workout! However, I read that it’s not recommended to do exercises on all fours during pregnancy because it can put too much pressure on the linea alba. Are there modifications for the exercises on all fours?
