I had back pain(one of my backs vein got slight bend) 6months before.physicotherapist said not to do excersice that will give pressure on back..now I am ,I think cure because there is no pain.. please suggest me what excersice can I do to reduce weight,my weight is 82kg currently.,so much fat in belly and chest person.. please reply!!
