I am back to your video few months after watching it. I am here to say thank you. I was bloated for 3 years and I have visited a doctor and tried different diets, I even thought that I have a colon problem. After watching your video I realized that I don’t chew food enough and that was the only problem. I tried to eat mindfully and now my stomach is flat 24/7 and I feel way more comfortable. I've had a huge fast eating problem ever since I was a child, but now, in my thirties, it's affecting me the most, because now I'm not as young as when I was a kid, and also because now I'm DEEP into cooking and the culinary arts, and I'd LOVE to learn to slow down and enjoy each little bit of flavor in my meals. This approach of seeing the act of eating as kind of a meditation session sounds spectacular to me! 😍

I agree junk food, alcohol, caffeine, drinks with sugar can affect how you function throughout the day not saying it’s bad. She’s actually right because it shows that you’re being mindful of what you’re putting into your body, system, and caring for your mental health.

I have a super fast metabolism & was always told to eat more or that I needed to eat a burger. I have started binging every night & while I only gained 15 lbs in a year of this bad habit my stomach always hurts & I’m so bloated & wake up in pain.
I’m going to try this. I need to do something because this is driving me crazy.
