My shoulder has become very broad after doing these exercises but there is fat loss too…does this exercise affect shoulder shape?

Day one: I did all but the last one and my shoulders and back hurt like hell hopefully this work Imma do this for 2 months 🙏🏼

day 3: feel really sore like the first day but the workouts are easy might do another set of this workout in the evening
