The bench leaned back like that is actually not proper for targeting your shoulder muscles. especially depending on the angle of your arms/elbows which you didn’t show in the end.

Hey! Your videos are really helpful but just one tiny suggestion. Can you please also show a couple of reps of the exercise done in the correct way at the end. You do show the wrong form in the beginning but don't really show the correct one at the end. Just a suggestion
