Day 7, 96 cm, lost 2 cm

1) accordéon 2) out of blue then mountain 3) hip sides but repeat same side instead of swing 4) flat back triangle one leg & crunch only 1 leg 5) triangle then cross leg & crunch up 6) dead bug then extend each leg 7) back triangle & crunch in 3 moves 8) V as on 100s each toe to ground 9) Russian twists legs up 10) on knees extend to each side
I have been doing this exercise for about 2 days and my abs are burning

how can you even add advertisements in the middle of the workout? i was loving your workout but i can't skip them while i am wheezing.
I did this workout today for the first time, felt to stupid because it was so hard to balance and control my body for a few steps. Hopefully i can get the hang of it soon.

4:06– hardest after ankle injury. I would love to see some modification or alternative to it since yes, some people have ankle injuries, some have hips issues. Any idea for alternative to this targeting the same areas ?
