Not even kidding I did this workout 3 times during the half-term and ab lines began to show up! I’ve continued to do this workout every evening and it’s good to do before dinner thank you so much Holly ❤

1: it burns and I can see the slightest change on my upper abs (did 2x)
2:(forgot to update) burns a little more then yesterday did 2x
3:just did it once all I had time for and didn’t burn as bad

time stamp 3:22 You scare me! This was the absolute hardest thing I have ever tried to do as a work out. I have followed along with a couple of the other videos and I can feel the burn and I only have a couple more lbs of baby weight left to go but hot damn it hurts!

hello, I usually don't post comments under workout videos but before a starting a video I always look up the comments to check whether the workout has worked for other people or not, so I thought I might as well put one too
I started this workout yesterday paired with Lily Sabri's 10 Day stubborn belly fat workout
Day 1 – the workouts felt easy but I still felt the burn I enjoyed the punching excercise the most
Day 2 – when I woke up today my abs were so tight and hard and I didn't even bloat much after eating lunch
going to do this every day with the 1 week felt stomach workout. I started doing this on day five of the other one:
day one: Not sore at all compared to the other one.
day two: Not sore at all compared to the other one. No sign.
I’m going to do this everyday and track my progress here
Day one: it was pretty easy
Day two: I was a bit sore from the previous day but I did it ✔️
Day three: sore again but I did it ✔️
Love these quick ab workouts! I use weights on my tummy as well💕. Thank You Holly 🤩❤️🔥
