Nice information about bio rhythm 🎉🙏 .Indian classical music also helps to reset the bio rythm.there are several raagas for every time of day ,mood ,phase etc and it helps to reset the rythm 😊 Also praying to food before eating helps to change vibrations of food or water and give those vibrations to ur body and change its vibration .
Listening to divine classical music with a glass of water and drinking this water changes body's vibrations and hence rythm .May be drinking ganga jal may be having similar effect or eating fruits grown in certain areas with high level vibrations and also meeting certain people etc.. 🎉🙏😃

Raw mango seed has a probiotic which when added to pickle makes d entire pickle probiotic especially if it is stored for year or more .Some pickles are added as starter to next pickle and have medicinal properties. One of my aunt has such continued pickle from several years .But proper process should be known to do it else pickle may get damaged if stale or not stored properly .
Also millet ambil ..is a fermented drink which also has probiotics for git health . Can search for jowar ambil , ragi ambil , bajra ambil
But the recipe should be d one with overnight fermentation( in a mud pot ussually ).

One of my inspiration to earn more so that I can be with these types of people who have so much knowledge about what one should eat when one should eat , why one should eat, who just let you think of any particular thing with a good perspective…
I always feel problem in my digestive system and always try to find out the reason as I can't afford a good doctor but i am unable to access the basic keypoints to focus on

There are many points to follow from this podcast and I will follow those points but mindset wala point is amazing and I will now be careful on how i think
in indian food we are using gm -garam masala that is very bad it iraise acidity… use mari or black pepper & suth or ginger which is tridose nasak or use few khada masala or whole masala

jeera p ,redchilly power at home to get pure masala…to give food color add dry powder of beet home made…evry day cheak your urine & poo colour & if it is dark color & smelly than you are eating wrong food…..when you eat garam masala your poo colour will be dark brown & some times black & it will be smelly too…use all tridose nashak ..like rock salt or black salt,mari, ginger,cow ghee,corriander stem & roots do not throw because is best fiber grind or chop finly add to daal or sabji or moog, chole chana,all protiens which are heavy to digest and than boil it or presser cooker it it will give amazing flour to food ….and leaves use to sprinkle it add more, for 1 day use 1/3 to 1/2 cup corriander root stems & leaves….per person…Even if you eat pizza sprinkle lots of corriander & add lots of veggies .Pizza ,Burgur , spicy & fermantate foods or soury food like (khata dahi, imli lemon -only use apple cider vinegar homemade ,to fermantate dough or dhokla or daal or legunes) when you eat Acidic food —eat alkaline fruits or veggies cucumber,2 banana or 1 cup grapes or gauva or watermelon to balance ( when you take sugar – take bitter like karela or methi,acidic food-take alkaline fruits & veggies)when you eat sugary food like cake or desert drink 2 glass hot water….because when sugar get dilute with hot water it is easy to digest & take 1 to 2 tsp soak methi or giloy or sudarshan ghanwati………early morning when you eat 2 banana your stomach will get clean ..no constipation …when you are not doing hard work then take only 1 meal or 16 hours fasting is bestdo not eat cook food you can take roasted chana ,not boiled only roasted sweet potatoes -.. . yam roasted … few peanut roasted ,roasted few 3 to 4 cashew, walnut,badam or khakhara roasted home made without oil….. after following this all i give up my 12 kg weight…..& i had 3 1/2 number of eyes …now recently i cheque it is only 1/2 number left…. I eat evry thing in morning—-only thing take any green like palak ,methi bhaji, or mint ,CHANGERI HERB, BATHUA ,mooli-bhaji,tandalja bhaji,parsely, corriander your body needs fiber daily base.For sugar i use mostly in deserts natural sugar like date, figs,raisins,stevia tulsi powder homemade or buy leaves & grind it

One suggestion: Maybe The interviewee has a lot of knowledge and hence, to me he is all over the place without completing one topic. This makes this podcast a little bit complex to understand. Still i acquired the important parts of the conversation and it’s informative but a lot of unnecessary fancy terms and over explanation and over complications.
