i think you just defined calisthenics
Did you build all your muscle with calisthenics?
I can see what you meant.
its like a combination of gymnastics and power lifting while the only weight is your body.. it can be very interesting
My point wasn't just the movements. Gymnasts do mainly body-weight exercises, many similar to what Faz does…yes that's true. But it was the rate of speed of the motion and the strict control that I was referring to that makes Faz a bit unique. Gymnasts perform their exercises quickly for competition purposes, and the floor exercise is the very longest routine which lasts only 70 seconds maximum. You missed my point, but thanks for the generous input.
Its called gymnastics
Whoa, i dig your workout style.
Thanks for subbing, I hit ya back.
How long u been training with thos bars my friend???
Try out for American Ninja Warrior.
you are a beast man! respect
flying with swag
Your movements are so fluid, so smooth. Slow and methodically you push through what gravity is trying to prevent. If you keep evolving this way, you could eventually cause an exercise routine to become a new art form…where the superior control of strength would be considered a talent. Kinda like the way it is with dance being art.
your upper body is strong, but why dont you train your legs more?
shit es dope

where can I buy an anti gravity baseball cap like that one :p
i've GOT to make me some of those parallettes…
