Soberbio video, creo que, luego de haber visto una serie de videos sobre el estilo crol, este es el mejor, muy didactico. Gracias por su esfuerzo.!! Saludos desde Lima, Perú.
Great video!
Great video! Thank you!
Amazingly helpful!! I watched a lot of videos. This one answered a lot of questions I had. Best to watch this after trying to figure out finer points of swimming technique. Thank you!!!!
This is amazing information. Every little detail
good
I have coached and seen many video's about free style. But this one with genius explanations. Log technique is the best.
Great theory, not ideal stroke and most of the vids…
Best video I have ever seen on youtube about front crawl / freestyle technique. Pure gold.
The best video I have seen on swimming freestyle. Thank you so much 👏🖕👍
very good pointers thank you. My biggest take aways: bend elbows upon exiting and the front quadrant timing. Just an advise to your own swimming, you are over rotating a little and try not to lift the recovering arm so far above the water.
Thanks sir .I have aquaphobia 😬but I want to learn.your videos are very useful love ❤️
As a tennis coach i fully understand the use of core and how our upper body rotation movement is connected to our lower body movement thru the core.. your explanation is a masterpiece in explaining the connected relationships in swimming.. in tennis coaching i always say dont force the swing but drive the swing motion thru the correct sequence of upper body and lower movement and you get a very powerful swing as well. I am a recreational swimmer but your video is a very detailed GEM of explanation indeed.
Thanks for the super juice, it answered all my questions in one go.
This is so informative and much easier to understand with the live examples -quite a feat of photography for which I''m truly grateful! Thank you! I'm not very good at freestyle being mostly self-taught and have no speed whatsoever as my technique is terrible! So, I'm going to try what I've seen as soon as it's warm enough in the lake to stick my head back under water!
Thank you so much for this. Its very helpful.
The most detailed and complete explanation for free style hand movement i ever come across on YouTube. I practice it and it help me a lot with speed, especially on hand movement after catch before exit water part. Thank you for uploading the video 👍
masterpiece. simple, very modest without high-sounding or immodesty. you slap the smarties who only seek to shine and not really teach. Thank you. I share the plea, please dedicate a video similar to the crawl kick. My respects
Fantastic
amazing info. obvious ideas. great efforts, thank you very much
why always show the not good movement in clear water and better ones in the mud water?
German engineering of hand movement of front crawl 😂 thank you so much for the details and anatomy of the movement (100 of 10 in dedication)
Great tips to work on, clearly and simply presented. Thank you lovely work
