What kind of mic do you use for instruction? I don't see a bulky waist band to go with the mic and I really like that idea better! Thank you in advance.

# Absolutely pathetic KB clean/grip form! Sure to hurt someone who does this frequently and/or goes heavy!
# 'Kettlebell thruster' — misuse of the name of a well-characterized KB exercise…
# Also, what's the point of banded plyo-squats?! What's up with Bodybuilding.com's female coaches/instructors & banded squat-jumps?! It's a dumb variation, that does not properly utilize the band nor the plyo component! Stop doing/promoting bad/useless exercises! Just do plyo-squats if cardio is the goal…!
# Why do banded curls in that manner? Why not simply anchor the band under the feet?! It's easier, gets rid of awkward postures (which may well become the limiting factor, rather than the target muscles (biceps) — esp. after the good mornings & glute exercises…!) & less chances of slipping…
All in all, a really unstructured, poorly-thought-out workout!
