Just want to let everyone know, we’re about to do the last lower body body stretch! 🤣🤣🤣
On a serious note though, I just wrapped up day 12 of Body Weight Beast 2.0 and I’m loving it! These exercises are simple enough that anyone can do them at home (with some minor gym equipment, ie pull up bar, resistance bands and dip stands just to name a few) but difficult enough to challenge you and keep kicking your butt in every workout! I’m loving the challenge and already starting to see improvement in my physique, conditioning, and strength! Can’t wait to see the results at the end of the program!

Me: been trying to do the splits for two years and does it ………. All that work was for nothing I could have found this video and done my dance competition but I never did it ….I'm DUMB

I loved this stretch, I haven’t yet started body beast cause I need a note book or a better printer lol I work out in general though since I do pole and felt so good after this. Will start the 12 week program too I just need to get some focus and a printer
