      Personally, I don't like gyms. They are so crowded and I can't do my workout there. I decided to take bodyweight training plan from "Agoge Diet". Training plan is great and I can do it from home. They also give you diet plan which supports your fitness goals.

      I tried every single diet on the internet and even if I managed to lose few pounds of fat, they would get back as soon as I'm done with diet. I realised that meal plan from Agoge Diet is the only diet I could follow forever. It's really sustainable and easy to follow.

      A great workout without a doubtt. Easily performed even in tight spaces as long as you maintain good control of your body and motion. However, I see no one commenting on how hard it actually is to complete. Don't be fooled by Obi's performance and execution – this isn't your average workout. Although I am in fairly good condition and relatively thin compared to Obi I had significant trouble completing the designated amount of reps and times.

      Don't take this routine lightly! I'd advise that you either perform to your capacity/capabilities or start slower with fewer reps and maybe bigger breaks and build up over time!
