To all you beginners, Keep kicking butt!
I first did this work out back in February this year, I was 100kg and yes, it was a struggle. My bum hurt after 15 minutes and I was sweating buckets, however since REVIVE started and I have followed Kaleigh’s program for both cycle and strength classes six days a week, my strength has increased phenomenally and now that I can come out into 2nd and 3rd, my bottom gets a rest which in itself is awesome. What you are cycling at now will get so much more easier. Since riding this ride back in February, my resistance has changed twice and what was my R9 then is my current R7, which I’m again about to raise up. And I’ve lost 12kg which I’m amazed with.
You can do it, keep at it and your body, mind (and bottom) will love you for it! Don’t forget to combine the strength classes too!
Kaleigh, you are, as I've said many times before, a true inspiration and the rock for many. Keep it up master butt kicker!

This is so tried and true. I keep going back to this one, three months now. I am 74, new to cycling. I love it so much. Great workout. I have lost 11 pounds. I have a weak right knee, my doctor advised me to bike. The knee is stronger, the pain is minimal. . Thank you Kayleigh, such an upbeat session, you have changed the quality of my life.
I really like songs with a prominent beat (less lyrics) during a hard sprint like you did about halfway through. Cool thing about beginner videos is you can push yourself as hard or as little as you want so it really isn’t only for “beginners”.👏
Favorite ride of all. To increase intensity I ride one level higher.
I made it through this workout. I did this on my somewhat resting day. Going to stretch 🤪 yoga.

After dodging the bullet for almost 3 yrs, COVID finally got me. SO, after three entire days in bed, I thought I would try a light work out to improve circulation! This beginner ride made me sweat and my HR got right up there! I am hoping I can eventually get back to where I was preCOVID!!!! Thank you, Kaleigh, for boosting my mood 🙂

The only thing keeping me engaged is watching the pug in the background, watching him sleep is mesmerizing to me.
been doing your 20min full seated workout for beginners for some time and felt i like i was needing a challenge and this one definitely was it!!! so I'm gonna start intercalating both until i feel ready for another challenge, it has been tough to find the motivation to workout but your videos have helped me a lot, thank you! much love from Brazil!
Day 3 – I wasn't meant to train today but I remembered my mother's quote ("Never put off what you can do today for tomorrow". I was ready to quit once you hit the first lvl 8 but I pushed through and finished the work out. I couldn't get to lvl 9 but I know that that's ok thanks to your positive nature, will try again next time around. Great workout as always, thank you, you're amazing.

Wow!! I used to spin every day, but fell off and I am now getting back into it! This kicked my butt 😂 but I got through it drenched in sweat! However, I am waiting to buy my smart tracker watch and I was curious on how many calories this burned , just an estimate? But I am going to continue to do these and your strength classes on your 12 week program! I am excited!
Would love more seated videos. I can’t do all the jumps and freezes with the bike I have. Might just tip over.

Celebrating one year of having my spin bike and one year with kaleighs spin classes!!!! Thought it would be nice to come back to a beginner ride where I started. This was still a challenge. Full seated 😲😮💨 and speed. Love switching it up.
