I've been only doing regular pushups and I'll incorporate some more exercises, for now I've been doing a set of 25, 30 second rest, a set of 10, 30 sec rest, 10 again, then 5 and 5 and another 10, 10, 25. Last 5 of the last 25 are really hard, you can feel your arms are about to fail, but you squeeze those 5 out regadless. Good video man.

Day 18 of 5 week program. This is the first workout that I felt myself 100% exhausted. It probably didn't help that I had just done the bring Sally up challenge just before 🤣 follow my comments on the other videos for the 5 week journey. Keep working hard!

Started on 24th July.
Day 1 : Felt good. Did all exercises except the last 2. Also did Hand griper 100 reps (50lbs) (~20kgs)
Day 2 : Same.
In this exercise 10:05 , I can't decide if I want to let my leg win or my arms.
