Awsome this is my 5th week doing not only this video but included some of the other videos. I was skeptical to see if they would work and yes they do I don't notice the change due to I'm always looking in the mirror but other people do my mom noticed that my back fat has decrease significantly and that's awsome… I started at 220lbs and now I'm at 214lbs my goal is 155lbs… So yes they work just follow through and eat reduce your meals. Thanks for the videos awsome work!

i feel terrible about my back and just wanna ball up and cry iโm gonna try this out.
day 1: pretty nice and sweaty work out. praying that i actually see results
day 2: very sweaty. much more than the first time. shoulders kinda hurt but i sweated a lot. more tiring

i almost cry every day because of how unhappy i am with my body right now and i want things to change so bad i hope this works iโve tried everything (never stayed consistent bc i always cause i give up) but along with other work outs and my calorie deficit make a difference iโm sick of hating myself in the mirror. sorry had to rant. have a great day everyone
I did your tummy 7 min workout for 2 weeks and lost an inch off my waist. I'm now doing the arms, back and thigh workout to tone up more. The arm one is the hardest. I'm loving these and have just told my colleague about them as he's claiming that he is unable to workout due to his size. Can't wait to see the results! Thank you so much for making this so easy and simple.
I am a mother of 3 just had my 3rd 4 months ago and I'm so upset with the back fat I've accumulated. I weigh 210 and my pre pregnancy weight is 175 I have a long ways to go but this workout I definitely felt it in my back and I'm so excited. I took a before photo and I'll be doing this everyday faithfully and check my results at the end of the week. Wish me luck ๐ช
