Ok so I'll be honest i wasn't regular but in the starting i did this workout for 4 days straight and omg my love handles are way smaller now
using lilys workouts have helped me so much, i’ve gone from 78kg, to now 53kg, in two years! i’ve been consistent in workouts and healthy eating- i live by her workouts and they’re the only ones that work for me!!

Sorry, I have a stupid question. I’ve been taught (through internet) that one should only target one muscle group a few times a week, not every day – like abs Monday and Thursday, legs and butt Tuesdays and Fridays (you get what I mean). Is it bad doing abs or butt like every day? Will that ruin my results? I usually do one or two of your ab vids + a butt one every day. And I add inner thigh and arm work like 2 times a week. Is this an ok way to exercise?
I’ve been doing this for like 1-1,5 month and I really see no results. (I powerwalk on the treadmill for cardio as well 70-80 mins a day (10000 steps)
If we have so much fat then also this workout work in 7 days or not?

This works weirdly when drunk. I dunno if it’s healthy but I just did 3 Lilly Sabri workouts after a party + some earlier today. Time just flies when alcohol is part of it. I have to burn my energy on at least something

Alright so Ps I come from lean genes but I do tend to store fat in my lower belly and muffin top other than I'm lean but I have trouble remaining my stomach tight since I give up on these so now I'm going to do it for you guys, these are my results
Day one: I finished it my stomach feels tight and it burned a lot. But did it.
Day two: I was busy
Day three: I did two times one in the morning one in the afternoon just toning not much difference.
Gonna do this for 7 days
day 1 = was a little hard
day 2 = better than yest
i stopped doing this cause i mentally started hatinig myself but from yest i restarted my journey cause i want to prove peaple wrong and show myself tht i can do it
