WOWZERS! I think will always be a fav for me. I used to do this one 2-3 times a week and then still continued once every week or two. I did it to see how much stronger I could get.
Eventually I forgot all about it because I started doing live classes. But I can still remember how I started. Max was 10lbs, min weight was no weights for some shoulders or Iβd use 1KG (2.2lbs). The tricep push-up was on a very high countertop.
Today we did a max of 25lbs. Mon weight was ALMOST 3KG (6.6) but the last weighted move I had to drop to the 2KG (4.4). Tricep push-ups on the floor.
The difference I could see today was INCREDIBLE and every single move I did with heavier weight, better form, and more confidence.
This is what consistent work does, and Iβve only managed to get their with your guidance, even before you knew who i was. thank you so much chris!
Didn't remember the workout; did remember the chat. Love the AA BB C pattern. Definitley keeps things moving.
OMG I'm humbled by this one! Thank you for the burn and making my muscles stronger yay!
Loved this oldie but goodie
Good one!! As always, great form cues and modification suggestions. Thank you! πͺ
I did this yesterday, wow! Thanks! π
BURN!!! The word of the day!! π
I might be the minority here but Iβll take weight over those no weight moves any day!! They burrrnnnnnn ππ youβre the best Chris!
My shoulders were LAVA today during and after this workout! Haha. Iβm scared for how sore I will be tomorrow. Thanks, Chris!!!!!!β€π
Oldie but a goodie. Paired this with your recent leg workout; great combo. Thanks Chris!
thank you
ARMS. ON. FIRE π₯ Thanks Chris for a great upper workout & especially those form tips! Iβll be in my tank top today for sure π

Love this….my arms needed it so badly! Thank you….again!!!
This was perfect and since I overslept this morning I was so happy to get in a quick arm workout. Those were a tough 30 minutes of upper body. I enjoyed the no weight segment at the end too. Great way to finish!
This was a throw back! Loved it. Time for my tank top! πͺπ»πͺπ»
I love these short workouts! But they are still intense!
I remember doing this one when it originally aired. It was tough then and it is still tough, butβ¦I am quite sure I am using heavier weights than I was before π€. It continues to amaze me how much of a burn there is when not using any weights at all! Thanks Chris. Love your classes! π¨π¦π
Arms on π₯!. Especially the last segment minus wts!!!. Thank you Chris!!β€
It was so fun to see your earlier setup in the basement. I can say your workouts werenβt any easier in 2020 but it was just as good! I loved how you incorporated the last segment with no weight at the end too. My arms feel strong!
Thank u so much another fantastic workout πͺ π my husband was watching first time and found your class amazing. Thank u heaps π πͺ π
Good lordβ¦ this workout had my arms on fire in such a short amount of time. Just what I needed when I didnβt have a full 45 minutes to an hour to commit. Thank you Chris. β€
A lot of challenging arm strength training in this 30 minutes, loved it! As always, I love Chrisβ expert explanations, encouragement βespecially when you need to modify. I am recovering from a knee injury and her suggested modifications are so helpful.
Loved this! Biceps & triceps are my favorite muscles to work so this one was perfect. Arms are looking pumped! πͺπ» thank you!
Chris! My arms and shoulders are FEELING this workout from yesterday, today! Whew! Thank YOU <3 as always for your freaking fantastic workouts. Always look forward to them.

π₯ wow wow feel that PUMP!! Loved this one! Thanks for an awesome workout!
Finally cooled down enough that I could work out in garage. Setting up accountability to do three days of lifting. Old man here and harder to keep that strength. Good fun on this repeat. Not sure I remember this one from first time around.
Oh boy, I'm going to feel this tomorrow πͺ. I like how the moves are mixed up without weightsβ‘!!!
Lol! Was this the inaugurational workout for the Jason Monoa cdornerfitness stalker…I mean fan club? ππ€ͺπ€£ This workout was before I discovered you in December 2020. You converted me from a step diva to a real fan of weights. I'm determined to keep it up now that I'm back to work for the semester and will miss most of your live workouts during the week.β€π―β€οΈ
Another great arm workout. Wasnβt able to use a weight higher than 10 lbs for any move. Nice leggings!
I remember this the first time and the last few moves without weights were as hard the 2nd time (all of it was!) Great way to start my week thanks Chris!πͺ
killer arm workout!!
wow, an upper body killer workout. Looks tame (cuz it is a short one) but it isn't. the one minute moves (as opposed to 45 seconds) make it tough indeed.
Arm workouts are my least favorite and you make it so great πͺπͺπͺπͺ. Thanks!
Ummmm I kinda hate you right now…but in all the best ways! hahahhaa
Chris, this one was amazing I know it was from summer of 2020, but sharing the proper form and the modifications motivated me to continue. Itβs nice to see some of the progression I making and itβs all due to you. Thank you for a great workout.
Very effective arm w/o. This has to have been the genesis of the Jason Momoa chronicles! π
Wowzers! Not sure if I did this one previously, but man, it's a good one. My arms are shot–I could barely lift them to do the last toning section! Thank you!
Great β€ arm πͺ workout! I feel the burn π₯
This is one of my favorite workouts! Thank you!!!
