I've been using the 15 mins arms and shoulder workout for about 2 months 3 times a week and lost 10kg (with diet, cardio and other muscle group workout). So I thought i want to try something new and this this is amazing. Thank you for making me feel like i'm about to pass out. haha and I've never been so toned my whole life.

Difficulty for upper body day 9/10. This is a tough one. Giant sets are tough in general but especially 45secs for each and using heavy weights. The 35's for shoulder presses is like my absolute max, I can only get maybe 5 or so reps of them and they kill me. I love this one though because it incorporates all of the upper body and really gets my muscles fatigued in a short amount of time.

But 2 years ago when i did your Epic heat program this workout I did it with 2 x 7,5 kg and 2 x 3 kg…. som impovment. Proud of me and still workout with you Caroline. Love you. You are the best.
