Updates its been 2 weeks of me doing this. ;Brethren, this is a testimony. Im feeling healthwise good and my bones have strength from the stretching. Previously i couldnt go jogging without constantly stopping. Today 4th day of 5.2km jogging without having to stop on the way. My waist line continues to be small. I try to eat healthier as i dont follow any diet. I cook often and avoid processed sugar as much as i can. My skin is giving 😊. My work causes back and joint pains but for now that is history. Im so grateful. My birthday is this month 24th and i want to have attained my desired waistline. Thank you Roberta ,God bless you

I will start doing this workout i think 2 times everyday. for all of you who are reading this just know that losing weight is not that important. rather health is way more important than that.
