You are a nice looking gal, why is your weight connected to body confidence. ? I have never really understood why many women feel their appearance is so important, and their weight.
I’ve actually been better at doing home you tube workouts (Joe W, Chloe Ting & Lucy Windham Read) than when I had my gym membership! In 2021, I lost 1.5 stone. I’ve put some on now but I think that’s due to muscle build up x
Bring back tea of the day 🎉
I'm also an home body as someone who also works from home!! I've put 2 stone on since lockdown and I was over weight to begin with. It's bloody hard work but we can do it Lara! Looking forward to this series. I'd recommend Louise's journey on YouTube. She has lost over 100lbs and looks fab xxx
You should be so proud of yourself ❤ your looking after your own needs, we all need to take the time to remember that we need to be kind to ourselves x
Would you be able to do some content on your Apple Watch ? I’ve been thinking of getting one, I would love your Feedback to see if you think they’re worth the money x
I used to do around 15,000 steps a day a few years ago when I did the school run and had a dog. Last couple of yrs I have a few days a week only doing 3-5,000 which brings my average right down. I decided this year to aim for 70,000+ a week rather than 10,000 a day. I’d recommend Dr Chatterjee’s Feel Great Loose Weight book which is really good as it focuses on feeling good, healthy habits and loosing weight is just a byproduct. Good luck
I love the fish cakes. I have used my Fitness Pal daily for a couple of years. It’s a great app. I had a surprise Garmin watch for Xmas from my husband xx
Glad to see you are not doing any crash diets and are adding foods and not taking away. Can I just pass along some advice that was given to me by a dietician. She said to eat mindfully and not in front of the computer or TV. It’s something I’m still working on, but it does make a difference. Hope you feel better in your skin soon.
One tip that makes me feel so much better is dropping all caffeine had a bit of a headache for a few days but wow I have bags of energy now and not feeling tired at all. Oh was a bit surprised the other day heard your name mentioned on the radio😀x
This video goes perfectly along side Joe W..

I'm so pleased you doing the health trips and tips I most certainly need these videos thanks muchly xxoo
I find a proper cooked lunch is always better than a sandwich. Keeps me fuller and satisfied for much longer.
I am so glad you made this video, keep making them
Also want to say
You look AMAZING!!!
Thank you for this video Lara. Picked up a few tips going forward. Also love your green Nike jumper you’re wearing in the video, do you have a link? Xx
Good for you Lara.. I started local gym year half ago and what a difference it's made . I'm a stone lighter and like you was never particularly large but I'm way more toned now and I eat even healthier than ever . I feel so much stronger than any time in my life . I'm 50 by the way xxx good wishes
Slim looking people can also feel unhealthy and anxious about how they appear. Being healthy isn't just about weight and numbers. It's about how you feel inside. I used to do T25 which is a great Dvd programme as I am a home body like you with 3 kids. Shaun T is the full package when it comes to motivation and supporting you to become the best version of yourself. Keep it up! X
Lara you can step on the spot, this is still classed as exercise. You'd be amazed at how much you can knock out watching a bit of telly xxx
I've lost a stone and managed to keep it off – it was due to stress which isn't the best way by any means but keeping it off has been a bonus! Those salmon fishcakes look delicious, I will have to try them! Xx
Enjoyed this video, I felt similar before I turned 30 (31 next month), where I felt more aware of the importance of looking after myself with fitness and wellbeing, exercise and healthy eating. I couldn't stick to home workouts and had read a lot of positive reviews about the more expensive gyms/health clubs, as you are essentially buying into and investing in a lifestyle. I joined my local David Lloyds club last year and haven't looked back!! Feel like I get the endorphins simply from exercising and spending time working on myself holistically (yoga/pilates/mindfulness). It is pricey but I save money elsewhere so can justify it, and found that its been a good confidence boost in being surrounded by like minded people. It depends what you look for but I definitely feel the health clubs offer a new experience x
