Thanks for all the great videos. Because of all your yummy looking recipes I've been eliminating animal products from my diet and trying to stick to more whole foods. Yay! One struggle I'm facing is the social aspect of my diet. In particular social situations with my friends and household members. Do you have any additional tips that have worked for you when explaining your healthy eating goals.

Thanks so much for the advice! I'm going to a bake-off tonight to support some friends, and there is going to be sugar, non-vegan/unhealthy foods galore. I love how you explain eating healthy as a reward to one's body.

Great video, but you may want to take a look at your lighting setup in that room, it's pretty shadowed. I like the idea of knowing your goals before you even get to a party or restaurant, I think that might really help me. Thanks H! 🙂
the response in social situations that get on my nerves is when someone offers me a food over and over again so i finally say no thankyou im vegan i cant eat that dip and they respond with oh im sorry…so what DO you eat?
they saw vegitarians dont age as much as others: can i ask how old YOU are? you look super young
