The way you have so much control over those 100s is amazing. That is exactly my goal when using them, for most differents type of exercise variations. Would probably not be needing to go any higher than it.

Been watching BJ Gaddour since his Men's Health days and I can honestly say that I've never come across a trainer whom has had more in-depth and comprehensible information towards PT than him.
He makes it make sense.
From an anatomical stand-point. From a fitness perspective. And, in a way that you can follow along in your gym or at home. Thank you for continuing to put your videos on this platform for people like me who don't necessarily have the money or time but want to be lifetime lifestyle enthusiast. Thank you BJ for doing what you do.
