Great Cardio dumbbell workout. Enjoyed the circuits with the 40 rep/30 rep. /20 rep. Went so fast. 2nd workout for the day ๐ช๐พ๐ฆ๐ช๐พ๐ฆ๐ช๐พ๐ฆ๐ช๐พ๐ฆ got dizzy doing the rotational drop squat. Used my step for the low Squat star jump and 3 shuffle lunge. (Helped with my knees) favourite exercises are the dumbbell push up Jack and alternate dumbell snatch. #LetsSweat #GoHard #MorningWorkout #HIIT #Cardio #GettingFit #LetsDoThis ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ

LOVED THIS! Up here in the far reaches of the North, โฐ I've created my own workouts with free weights, kettlebells and HIIT. I loved this free weight and cardio workout and the 40/30/20 timeframe. I have copied more of your workouts ot my weekly routine. I usually find myself adding my own stuff to already made online youtube workouts but not this one – I liked this entire routine!

Nice to switch it up between a full on cardio blast and hiit with weights ๐ I have to admit I was so tempted to click off this after the third round of those rotational squat jumps but I am SO RELIEVED I stuck with it as it was an AMAZING workout! You know how much of a fan I am of no repeaters but I actually really enjoyed this format where the time decrreased across the 3 intervals! Always appreciating the great music alongside toooo!
