Day 0 : My Blood Pressure was 155/90 due to stress and WFH routine
After 2 days with this exercise:
Day 3: 131/75
Day 7: 125/73
Day 10: 117/75
This is just awesome, i figured out why my Blood pressure was not reducing previously even though i had good diet, it was the technique and some intense workout needs to exculuded.
Noew this 30 mins will be my morning routine for rest of my life.

I decided to start working out but I wanted to do it the right way but I need help. 8 years ago I suffered a brain stroke and my out side is amazing but the inside is garbage. 4 days ago I had a TIA what exercises are good for me cause can’t do A lot of things cause I have to move very slow. My eyes move around to much and I stay dizzy all the time, I want to do something to make my bp to come down. Is there anything you recommend
You are such an Angel, my doctor increased my BP meds to 100 mg and still elevated. I saw this blog and didn’t hesitate to watch and do your exercise, first time I did it and whooah! My BP went down to 121/78. Thank you so much 🙏

Oo its unbelievable my blood pressure is 135/90 thank you sir bcs i am 5year taking medicine for BP and my BP is always 160/110 above and i did the exercise just 3days i have changes in my pressure
