Nick, this is a beautiful workout to do once a week. I was wondering what should strength work can I add when I am in the gym working with my players any leads.

Just wanted to say thanks for this great set, Nick. This has become my go to set in the last weeks, since I live on the fifth floor I added a 105 step run before each set as well. Best thing is with a bit of stretching I can fit into an hour slot in-between meetings. To be fair, it's taken me three attempts to do the whole five sets, but I'm finally there (though I just realised there are five bonus exercises at the end which I never knew!). Anyway, thanks again & regards from Hamburg!
