What is your "why" for working out?

It is really nice to know that a short workout can be just as good for us. The examples of three exercises was great. Nice that each exercise can be modified. I like the push up modification as well as the burpie one. I often wish that I had a quick way to get a workout in while traveling etc. I plan to incorporate these exercises. You both looked strong and fit and healthy……………………..wonderful ideas for staying healthy. Thank you!
