I like your workouts but they’re too hard on the neck
Doing this two times a day for a month!
Day 1: hard Abs burned but I powered through it (much harder the second time)
Day 2: lower abs hurt more for some reason but much easier than yesterday definitely going to take a shower
Day 3: my. Mom did it with me … she wasn’t a fan. I did it

Day 3: ✅ workout git a little easier especially the plank exept for the the one where u ave to put ur legs up and reach my stomach hurts so baddd ugh i dont see any results yet but that’s cause it’s only the 3rd day
Day 4: ✅ Wasnt as bad as yesterday planks are still really difficult, idk if I’m imagining thing but I look less bloated I really want to see resultsss

Through the whole workout (messed up at the planks) I ate like 15 min ago so idk if I was supposed to do that lol the workout got way easier nothing changed in my stomach from yesterday
Day 6: ✅ I did another one of her belly fat burning workouts with this my stomach is on fire no results yet
Day 7: ❌I wasn’t home today
Day: 8 ✅I have no motivation
April 23/ day 1: finished tired and gave me a good sweat
April 24/ day 2: added a 30 pound dumbbell to some excercises
April 25/ day 3: Used the dumbbell again today and gave me an extra sweat

Ok, it kinda works.
Ive been consistent for 5 days so i decided to record my journey.
Day 1 – it was okay, the planks were brutal but it was still okay.
Day 2 – still okay, a little sore from yesterday but I was able to finish to some extent.
Day 3 – I thought this would be the worst day cause I read other people's journeys and the third day seemed like the worst but it wasn't.
Day 4 – Oh, Jesus- P A I N. Yep, definitely the worst day. I was already in pain and then I exercised and even though I felt good, it hurt like hell.
Day 5 – still hurts and the planks are still hard to do but I'm proud of myself for staying consistent with this. I've been seeing some changes, yes but since i haven't been altering my diet much, idk what I'm expecting. I'm feeling energetic so I feel like doing some sort of dance exercise as well, but let's see.
Day 6 – didn't dance yesterday cause my legs got sore from the workout and they were sore today as well so I took a day off..
Day 7 – I got back at it and completed it… felt soooo good. I can see my waist getting a little smaller but since I haven't been focusing on a healthier diet, I cant see abs yet. I feel really good after exercising tho and that's a win for me 🙂
Day 8 – I DID THE WHOLE THING AND IM SO HAPPY WITH MYSELF. MY STAMINA HAS INCREASED SM AND IM ENJOYING THIS WORKOUT SO MUCH AAAA I FEEL SO GOOD ABOUT MYSELF NOWWWW
Day 9 – I got my periods today and tbvh this is my biggest win. I started exercising because I was constantly delaying my periods and it was getting so frustrating. My whole reason to start exercising was to get healthier and that happened. I got them on time <3 thank you lilly, im really indebted to you for getting my started on my exercising journey. I'm not stopping now 🫶 I'll get back at it the moment I feel better 😌
Day 10 – missed again cause cramps and the pain But anyway it's alright <3
Day 11 – got back AT IT! My periods are still going on but I'm not having cramps anymore so I thought why not, but DAMN THIS HURT it hurt more than it did the first time lmfaooo.. but I'm proud of myself for getting back at it and I'm definitely gonna continue it!!!! Lessgooooo
Day 12 – sooo I have a sore throat 🥲🥲 I think I'm gonna rest today, listen to my body and random redditors who advised me against working out when you're sick 😂
Day 13,14,15 – I couldn't exercise cause I went somewhere outside..
Day 16 – Got back at it woohoo
Day 17 – finished the workout and did another ab exercise of lilly's… I'll do both of them from now onnn
Day 18 – missed itt
Day 19 – finished the workout yaaay
Final views – I didn't see much results but that wasn't my aim anyway.. I've missed quite a lot in the middle and I'll always be grateful for this video for helping me get started on my workout journey. But what I can tell you is that I've gotten a lot healthier and I've started changing between her videos, doing whatever I feel like (depends on the day) .. but yes, definitely recommend this video bc it's very fun and made me healthier than before

Day1: I finished but i skipped the plank one because it was confusing but im determined to do all 10 days during spring break

Day 1 – ✅ It really hurt my neck, I had to take lots of breaks
Day 2 – ✅ Still really hurt, slowly seeing results
Day 3 – ✅ Starting to do exercises easier, still had to take a few breaks.
Day 4 – ✅ Quit using the modifications, still a bit challenging
Day 5 – ✅ Felt way easier to me than it had the past days, did it 2 times today!
Day 6 – ✅ Way easier that it had been, so excited to start seeing results!
Day 7 – ❌ Missed today since I was traveling
Day 8 – ✅ Did 2 times to make up for day 8, super easy for me today
Day 9 – ✅ Easy for me to do, tbh not seeing results yet, def will need more than 10 days
Day 10 – ✅ Last day! Didnt get results, Im going to try to change my eating habbits and doing a dif workout of hers 💖

Day 3: I made it till 8:28! Was difficult and still needed breaks but I’m feeling confident. Haven’t seen much results yet but it’s only day 3!! I got this

I thought i would comment so that i can track my progress as well as recommend this workout! I'm not normally a very active person, but these workouts have gotten me motivated to continue this on a daily basis. I am currently on day 5 of the 10 day challenge and i feel SOOO much STRONGER!!!! I aim to continue this daily for as long as i can manage but i just wanted to say that THIS WORKS!!! Thank you @lillysabri for helping me to feel more confident in my own skin!
