Day 1: not hard, finished the whole workout 👍🏻
Day 2: same
Day 3: same again
4: a little harder but still completed the whole thing
5: felt easier today idk why
6: I had a game today so no workout
7: a little stiff but I finished the whole workout
8: unfortunately I couldn’t quite finish the whole workout today but I got more than half way through.

How do you even do the balance oblique crunch? I just keep falling over due to weak legs. Abductor abs are even worst idk why those two exercises destroys my leg than straining my abs instead.
