      I’m 5’1 and weigh 136. I want to reach 115 at least because I’ve never been at a healthy weight before. Problem is that I don’t have good mental health and have disordered eating habits that I can’t seem to stay away from.

      I watched almost a year ago I didn’t try what yu said to buy it kinda gave me the motivation and I lost 60lbs I gained sum lost sum yk back and forth after the weigh loss. I remembered this video and it jus gave me my motivation back 😭❤

      i’m 13, 5’3 and 131 pounds. i’m not too big, but i really really wanna lose 10 pounds for the summer and for freshman year. i’m starting tmrw and hoping this takes around one month.
      here’s what imma do every day to loose that weight.

      -chloe ting ab workout
      – running a mile
      – drinking a gallon of water
      – avoiding junk food and tryna eat healthier+ less
      – this girls poop drink lolll

      so yeah imma start this tomorrow april 18 and i’ll update y’all every week

      ok so as of today I am a 7th grader, I go to summer camp in July (its February 20th), I weigh 144.5 pounds after I ate a bowl of cereal and haven't used the toilet yet. I will be doing a workout on YouTube until then to see how much weight I can lose. in December I weighed exactly 160 pounds, but I went on a diet for about a month and didn't eat dessert, drink more water, and order salads instead of chicken strips once in a while. I will be aiming to lose about 20 pounds by July, I would like to get to 115 pounds but for now, I'm just aiming for a smaller goal to make me more motivated. I will be doing stuff like, following a workout once a day, sleeping more, drinking at least 3 glasses of water a day (ill raise the amount as I go), and I will stop snacking and I will eat healthier instead of junk foods. I will update this comment if I remember too (no promises)

      1- ok so I will try and drink some water and then I will try and follow a workout that seems beginner friendly.

      I used to workout 13+ times a day 4-5 times a week i was obsessed with working out but I was never loosing weight I think bcs I have an extremely slow metabolism but I’ve given myself a break and this time imma js not pressure myself as more and try to take care of my body if It works or doesn’t work🤷🏾‍♀️

      Because in quarantine I gained around 25 pounds and was in the 200! Last year I lost 30 pounds and this year I’ve been struggling I hope this works I’ll come back in 4 months to update you guys I hope you cheat me on 😅✨( I’m also 5’4 to keep in mind )

      Im the opposite of most I was I the best shape I've ever been in quarantine and then after restrictions were waited I fell back into my snacking habits and just eating when I was bored . I can't find the energy to lose weight and I can't find the willpower to not eat so much . I have motivation its just not strong enough.

      I've been struggling with weight forever and now I'm in 8th grade. Seeing that you did this while also in 8th reminded me that it's not too late to do this and keep trying. I've had a chronic illness a majority of my life which always kept me from exercising or maintaining a good weight, but I hope this time I do actually keep up with it, and I can have better self esteem by my birthday or end of the year. I will be back every month (hopefully, or always on the 5th) to remind myself that I'm actually going to do this. (If I remember, which I really hope I do)
