What are the VR games?
Lifting weights trying to build muscle is not going to make you loose weight. Exercises like running, jumping rope, fast pace circuit workouts etc. that is what will make you loose weight. High intensity, low weight, fast paced exercise burns fat the quickest.
What game do you have on the oculus game
I Jeff. I rarely see any boxer do push up, bench press and chin up. Boxer chest is rather small compared to people who regularly push up much less street workout or gymer. Do you think we should spend time on push up or chin up? What benefit these do in term of boxing. It is great that you have a video explain what excersie we should drop for people of other sport who want to switch to boxing.

Well first off, have a good metabolism. Which you have.
The only reason why you were over 200 is probably because you're pretty tall.
But my no means were you "fat" at 210.

A good wholesome meal you should promote is oatmeal with a mashed banana in it. Power food
I have a better idea. Instead of doing exercises and whatnot, I shall instead challenge tyson fury to 12 rounds of boxing. That way I can fit in a year's worth of exercise in a short amount of time. The only downside of this method would be a possible early death, but if im dead, i wont have to worry about weight.
I've been going for a 5 mile run in the morning fasted (about 1hr – 1hr 15m) and then do light weight training later on, these help create my deficit. I then eat about 2000 cals and intermittent fast (only eat between 6am-2pm) clean whole foods and carbs. I've found intermittent fasting and a deficit are very helpful, as IF let's your body have a chance to use fats. It takes 12hrs of fasting to reach insulin baseline. Alternate day fasting is also good but you can't really do as much exercise. I've tried keto but it gives me a rash.
Thanks for the video, good motivation. Bad food is a downward spiral and hard to escape for sure. Sugar, MSG, high BF%/low muscle and testosterone, addictive and a vicious cycle.
I think this what I need to get me back doing something again I worked in the building trade for 50yr I'm retired now 70yr old I was going to the gym 5 days a week then lockdown started back going to the gym for about 6 months started doing pushups 100 a day and jump rope that lasted for 4 months I injured my legs and back from the last few months I can't be bothered doing anything I just do bare knuckles planks on a wooden floor this YouTube video has inspired me to start again doing something even going for long walks and using my restance bands
I hate to say this but that is not a massive weight loss. Yes you have a little gut going. I went from 170 in my early 20's to 320 in my 50's Now that is a massive weight gain. I am still working it off but it is hard when you love to cook like I do.

Also the later you stay up or less sleep you get the more cortisol your body will produce, which will raise stress increase blood pleasure and estrogen levels. Getting to sleep at a good time and getting 8 hours is extremely important.

Done a great job mate 👍 been going gym since Feb and did 5 weeks of Keto to start and been calorie counting since. Lost 2.5 stone so down to 11.5 from 14. Struggling to get abs though. Been doing ab workout 5 days a week and 100 odd crunches at the gym 5 times a week. Can't seem to get there, gonna keep going with it, it will come. Only reason I started was my little lad said I had boobies 🤣 he was right too but I haven't anymore and won't again.
The only thing I dont like is the term Diet. I prefer to come up with a sustainable eating life style to where its a part of your life rather than a "diet" been a trainer since 2017 and this is what I instill with my clients.

Great job! I also used keto (and weightlifting) to drop about 43 lbs. (approx 20kg). I had to stop it eventually due to brain fog, fatigue and muscle cramping. Did you experience any of that? If so, how did you deal with it?

The way I lost 100 lbs without exercise was keeping fat under 10g a day and eating unlimited fruit, sugar, calories, pasta, potatoes, rice and carbs.
