I mean it took me 2 weeks to see a huge difference in my biceps and I was only lifting my heavily loaded backpack. I don't know if thats genetics
Fun fact if you start your journey under the age of about 14-15 when you finally have similar but lower levels of testosterone going through in the same doses as an adult male I start at 12 and it took me 2-3 years of work before I saw the 1 year results

Only for guys tho, us girls need a lot more patience
Remember consistency when you reach some month of plateau- the first year you will have big visible result, but after one year, many people will have some month where they can be struggling to see changes- and from there, changes will come way slower than in first year.. ๐
