1st vacation in over 3 years, walking one block required rest to aleve the hip pain . Am active at home so was totally unaware of aloss of endurance and was very surprised by the pain. Hope that starting a graduating walking program will improve the bodys tolerance and the pain disappears .

Some good ideas. My difficulty is the joint pain and exhaustion that comes the day after activity.
