      I do all these yet my freestyle kick is so bad that I offer so much resistance and eventually legs/feet sink!

      New Rocket man student…working on this tomorrow. Did well at treading water. Will do as many of these lessons I can until I can walk on water. I will fail but at least I know I will be able to swim.!!!😂. In this lesson I learned the importance of keeping an arm extended.

      I've been learning to swim and only issues was my breathing. So today I did try out some after watching few video's and from help of my spouse. Came about your video and seems the way you teaching how to breathe may be a easy technique to learn. So I'm going to try to do this one and see how far I do go.

      Why do you recommend breathing slightly behind you? You said that, but gave no reasoning for it.

      I've always thought it should be with your eyes looking slightly in front of you, so your neck isn't bending but rotating.
      I'm no doctor, I see it as keeping your spine in alignment.
