I do all these yet my freestyle kick is so bad that I offer so much resistance and eventually legs/feet sink!
New Rocket man student…working on this tomorrow. Did well at treading water. Will do as many of these lessons I can until I can walk on water. I will fail but at least I know I will be able to swim.!!!😂. In this lesson I learned the importance of keeping an arm extended.
One of the best channels to follow if you're learning how to swim. I'm so glad I bumped into this; I'm even feeling more confident about my lessons. Thank you. 😊
Thank you, this is the best explanation and clear directions I’ve seen yet! I’ve swam all my life but never mastered the breathing for freestyle, but I’m inspired enough to hit the beach tomorrow for a trial.
Thanks for these tips. Breathing really scares me..and I take in water instead of air. 😬😬😬 and it's scary at times. 🥺😰😖 I'll need to practice . 😊
Rocket Team! Just figured out my breathing today! A 10th day adult beginner! Thanks to this video that you made!! 4:15.
Wonderful explanation of the techniques. At 51, you have made my learning to swim journey very pleasant.
This drill is so difficult, this doesn’t look like for beginners like myself. Please do a video for adult beginners . Thanks
The world in the pool is much calmer
I sink when I raise my head to inhale with the kickboard. Can't get my legs back up again 🥲
I've been learning to swim and only issues was my breathing. So today I did try out some after watching few video's and from help of my spouse. Came about your video and seems the way you teaching how to breathe may be a easy technique to learn. So I'm going to try to do this one and see how far I do go.
Joshi can you make videos in Hindi also.
you lost your weight!
When you lift your head to breathe how do you keep your legs from sinking?
That's Y always a soldier is marching not walking, it's all about drills! 😂😂😂😂
Once a simmer always a swimmer!, 🤣🤣🤣
Very practical step by step breakdown & begginer friendly
This is very helpful. I haven't swum in years and jeep inhaling water when I try now
Why do you recommend breathing slightly behind you? You said that, but gave no reasoning for it.
I've always thought it should be with your eyes looking slightly in front of you, so your neck isn't bending but rotating.
I'm no doctor, I see it as keeping your spine in alignment.
Thank you so much for the super informative video!
the pineapple drill seems like an advanced technique on its own. like how do you roll to your back that smoothly? feels like witchcraft to me at the moment lol. thanks for another awesome vid though.
I enjoy the technical breakdowns and implementing them. I notice the most of the learning happen outside of the class, when practicing what has been learned.
Amazing video! Do you have any how to tread water videos for beginners?
I haven't seen a video here so informative like this one. I should did learned something after watching it.
My problem is putting the kicking and swaying the arms while actually floating on top of the water….
Loved the depth of technical info – very helpful.
Informative and technical
Team Rocket is the best!💪
Are you the same guy who is there in old videos? what a transformation 😯
BTW nice one, I'm gonna try these drills to improve breathing
