I love bulking cuz the higher calories but the way I look in the mirror is depressing when I’m fatter ☠️
I'd love to see you do a Homelander cosplay

5:31 Chin up and Overhead press!
I am so happy to know everything I did so far is what you said. I can confirm both pull ups/ chin ups and overhead press are really great exercises. I got about 7 KG of body mass most of it is muscle and I got so many compliments and I only trained for half a year.
Shoulder over head press
Chin ups
Horizontal push/ bench press/push-up
Horizontal pull / chest press etc
Squat or leg press for less injury
Deadlift for legs
Its also worth investing into some forearm training, as they are a very overlooked muscle to looking aesthetic. Personally, I have been doing cable hammer curls and reverse grip curls, as well as farmer's carry for the last 2 years and they definitely added more mass than just relying on grip during your pull days
Record the video – How to train neck properly
Can you show us your facial exercise routine?
Walking lunges work really good at building overall leg development.

Is there a way I can put all of this into a upper lower 4 day a week workout just with dumbbells?

Bro your channel is way to underrated for my liking
If this channel does not have atleast 200k subs in the next couple months I will go to war
Damn bro i knew chin ups push ups and sit ups would get me jacked eventually. Stat patient guys!!!!
To be honest from my experience. The girls flocked to me more during the years I didnt work out. I was still lean and looked in shape but what I really enjoyed was busting GQ styles. I was one of the few out of all my boys that liked to get ideas for clothes from magazines like GQ, you see Im from Queens and everyone else didnt grow out of the hip hop, cap, durag, super baggy clothes styles and Im telling you the women liked that the GQ fitted look more than the muscles or the baggy clothes look.
In any event, my German friend here has figured it out in both the styles and build. Thats how you do your homework gents.
can you achieve this with calisthenivs
I feel like you will look wider with a better posture, thus getting a better V-Taper
Completely agree on pull ups and overhead press being the main lifts for aesthetics. Lateral raises are super important too if your shoulders struggle to grow. And of course, neck pill if you're a twink ectomorph.
If you were to start over or giving advice to an intermediate lifter and let's pretend that intermediate lifter were to do a perfect bulk and training schedule for a year. Would you say that person that did everything right would reach like 90% of his natural potential within a year in terms of natural bodybuilding for getting big muscles? As in bulking for 7 years is not necessary if you do everything right straight away?
youtuber of the year. amazing brother
Where's the Steroid guide?
Sooner or later Greg will make a video on that guy he is getting popular on his own and from wheat waffles as well the adrenaline rush he gets must be insane
Hi could you also give your take on muscle soarness? Because when i train until muscle exhaustion i almost always get soare the next day. I heard many fitness coaches labeling soarness as bad and it showing, that you overtrained your body, thus it being best to train in a way to avoid being soare and therefore also being more efficient. How do you balance that aspect out for yourself?
Take tren, like you.
Bro video is nice but please make video on vegetarian diet also because I am vegetarian
we're all gonna make it brahs
can u make a full video of clothing?
Damn I didn't even realise you're on 30k already. It feels like last month you were under 1k
Great advice. I’m currently on a keto diet for the last 2 months very consistent and have gone from 263 lbs to 250 while eating as much food as I want. I’m training consistently so that I lose only fat and water weight. So far this is working. I’m fairly tall so I probably won’t start seeing abs until I’m around 220 lbs or less. I can’t emphasize enough how important it is to lose fat not just weight. If you’re losing muscle too then you’re not going to look lean.
Are you natural. Because I suspect you are not
Should I do the lat pull-down with both the Chin-up grip and the normal grip and take turns? Or fully switch out my normal grip to the Chin-Up grip?
This is the best video for getting aesthetic on YouTube.
0:48 I mean… for begginers I would recomend doing 5×5 strong lifts so they learn basics like squats deadlifts bench and ohp no machines at all thats what I used to do for the first 5months (Should keep doing it for another 7months so it would be a year but I got addicted to a gym so I couldnt just go 3x a week 😀 had to switch to 6x) ot strong asf quick and build muscles too I think as newbie its important to leave machines and just focus on basic lifts its marathon not sprint.
