      Eating dinner at 10 pm is one of the worst. Dinner has to be completed at least by 7 pm max and give 3 hrs break before going to bed

      Hi Bro… Your points are good. From what I heard
      1. Drinking water just before meal is not good as it would dilute the acids secreted in stomach required to dissolve and breakdown food.
      2. Walking immediately after dinner is also not good as it would disturb the digestion process. The blood flow will be more on stomach to support digestion process but since we walk, it will circulate the blood to full body when we walk or bathe after a meal therefore disturbing digestion process.
