Curious as to why in the beginning, it's labelled a "Home Ab workout for Men"? Disappointing false categorization from anyone, especially Howcast.
The hands should be beside the back not under the back.

Been trying to pull this move for a couple of weeks, getting better. But I noticed that I rise my hips and lower back while doing it, not just the legs.
My posture is not proper, bit I was wondering if there is an exercise (s) that strength my miscle specifically for this move?
