      This was quite usefull, i lift over half of my bodyweight on pull ups but still i cannot menage to made it….after this video i maybe realizing where the problem come from….let see. thanks to share.

      I couldn't muscle ups for the longest time, I watched the technique video and started a progression with a thick band. I'm up 4-5 raw muscle ups with my own weight now
