How can I fix my feet ?
I actually have hip problems due to many falling down so due to my bulging disc I do some of these starches but I will definitely add these back my knee suffering due to the hip injury

I saw many comments asking how often and after how long you should see results, from the Doctor's answers: you should do these exercise 5 TIMES A WEEK and if you're consistent you should see an improvement after 10-12 WEEKS . Hope it helps 🤗
