Obviously eat more…. Everyone knows to eat more. The what foods advice is great but what most of us ACTUALLY struggle with is how to stimulate your LOW APPETITE. That is most peoples MAIN CORE ISSUE. There has to be some kind of help to increase appetite.
My own sister calls me skinnymin and I find people think its OK to insult a slim person. 😒
I've been underweight but now Lost even more . After work movement( fast food crew) study stress, and I skip very often meals 😬 because of my laziness. It's all gettin worse. Wanna try eating different and more . I tried for a Little bit but i over did It soo much i NEVER felt like eating AT ALL . So i skipper meals. Gonna try again 😬 pray for me

I just hate the fact that I go to order leggings online and the size extra small is still to big. So many stores make normal clothes but tailored to more shapely people. I have no curves so it just looks like I’m wearing a bag
I guess being slim is way better than looking thick ,,,coz no bad comment on slim body .either way being slim doesn't mean u have no strength. Being healthy and having normal Ideal weight people are way more weaker than the slim people
