when you go to that calculator and select activity level there's this option that says activity level I go to gym 6 times a week and do weight lifting but there is no cardio done by me there,so what should I select because there's this option that says that exercise mentioned there is 15-30 mins of elevated heart rate activity.
i understand this might not exactly b a normal question lol :p but I always hear about fatty foods making ppl fat, n certain other foods help with building muscle, but theirs not just fat n muscle, theirs also regular..idk what it would b called.."meat tissue".. maybe right?? lol :p idk if so tho, what kind of foods would b in that category?

One of my favorite things to make is “fried rice”…get a wok! It holds a large amount of food. Cook a bunch of rice way ahead of time and store it in the fridge or buy frozen rice. Dice some carrots, green onion, cabbage. Roast some chicken or beef then spray your wok with pam…stir fry everything on medium high with sou sauce and whatever seasoning you like. Protein, veggies and carbs all in one go. Boom.

Just looked at my TDEE, and found out I was cutting 2 times more than I should have been 😅
The next 2 months might be more suitable for (clean)bulking anyways, since there's going to be a lot of holiday meals between now and Christmas, but I'm still really glad to see that I don't need to limit my diet as much as I had been, since that'll make it a lot easier
