      Bf: Apple boil egg/ black coffee with egg/apple. Afterwards tughmalanga water.
      Lunch: grilled chicken or fish 150gm uncooked. Or steam or
      Salad. Aalu, muttor or gajar avoid.
      Or kabab shami.
      Snack greentea
      Dinner soup cabbage or chkn/
      Moong nd masoor ki daal soup /
      Vegetables soup.
