2.NO DIETS!!
3.Make sure you are drinking lots of water but if you don’t really like water then add fruit ❤️
4.Find healthy snacks that are good and that you enjoy
5.stop eating after 8:00 and if you want something sweet drink tea and if you’re worried about sugar replace sugar with all natural agave nectar
6.brush your teeth so your less likely to go downstairs and get a snack
7.sugar free gum
8.make a playlist full of your favorite songs
8.try and excerise as much as possible (also if you feel like you hate following those routines that tell you to workout in the morning try working out at night like at around 6 or 7 or even really late)
Drink milk if ur craving something at night

These youtubers really don't know the struggle you have to go through to lose weight and actually follow these "lazy" "easy" or "fast" ways to lose weight. I'm 15 and weight like 200 pounds, while these youtubers are like 20 some and weight so much less than me and look really skinny and beautiful, yet they're here uploading what they supposedly do. What they actually do is probably starve themselves, go to the gym daily or take some pills, have fast metabolism. Or who knows, maybe that's just the way they are. These youtubers believe that if they can do it, so can us (people who ACTUALLY need it and have a HARD time doing it)
That's not the reality we're in. Sure everyone should accept themselves as we are… but to be 15 and weight more than your mom, where HER clothes dont even fit u..in some cases this just brings your self esteem rock bottom. These youtubers are models. That's why they're in YouTube. Thank you for trying to help us. But let's be realistic for a second… YOU don't need this, you youtubers dont even do half of what you list on your so called weight loss videos. No hate to any youtuber. In fact, thank you for trying. But you're not part of our struggling world, you dont know what it's like.
Haha the fun part for the lunges is that I have a loft bed which means I can't really hang my leg on the bed and expect to do lunges, I'll fall off😂😂😂😂

I’m 11 years old (12 on October this year) and i weigh 48kg. And whenni found out that i already have that much weight, i started being so obsessed about my weight. I’m Asian and the standard of body here in Asia is having a flat tummy, a thigh gap, if u weigh above 50kg they’ll judge they’ll think ur too fat. So that’s why i’m here looking for a way to lose weight. And I don’t look good on clothes. If only you can just shape your self just like how you shape a clay.
