1th time i dont really agree with you i eat 1 meal a day.when i wake up i walk 6 km with 40 kg weight on everyday i weight train 4 times a week. 2 times a week kickbox lessons i have energy enough and i lose like 2 kg a week already lost 35 kg like this been doing it for months i was about to have to ahoot insulin my doctor said and next month my doctor wants to try without medicine after ive been reducing month after month well at least it works for me in not cutting sodium though I do cut carbs in in ketosis for 45 days in a row atm sometimes in between i fast for 3 days it is not even hard anymore. All I can say is create an iron mind it is the best weapon get sick of how you used to be disgusted

Don’t cut the salt, you need it.
I find that so far for me, trying to build a more balanced and healthy diet, without cutting things out or restricting, has just naturally become not eating as much sugar or a lot of the desserts I used to always want all the time. No cravings or anything, they just don't appeal to me very much. When I used to try diets that were strict like the first half of the video, my cravings were through the roof ☠️
